Digestive Enzymes

Digestive Enzymes
Are digestive enzymes in a multivitamin a good thing?

I’m afraid if my vitamin supplement has them, my body will compensate by making less and then if I stop taking this particular multivitamin, my system might be all messed up? Is this a reasonable way to think about this? Thanks!

No it won’t. Your body would only respond that way with hormones (the common point of misunderstanding) and stomach acid. It treats enzymes, Amino Acids, and other protein-based nutrients that your body has/makes entirely different and won’t stop making them because of an influx.
Many pure (raw, natural, whatever you want to call it) foods have naturally occurring enzymes, so if the body didn’t make as much of them because of an increase in enzymes, anyone eating more fruits and veggies would not be able to digest much if they changed their diet. You’re perfectly safe with that.
Good luck and I hope I helped!
