Flush Pounds
Is there a way I can just flush all the unhealty food i’ve eaten for the past two days out?
I ate about 1000 extra calories both days and gained a couple pounds (i notice it) and i usually eat really healthy. If i eat only about 1000 calories tomorrow and drink tons of water, will i lose the weight i just gained?
A pound of body fat is approximately 3,500 calories, so the most you “gained” was probably a half a pound. However, most of what you consume is not stored as body fat, so two days of eating anything will hardly have an effect on your weight. Weight is generally determined by lifestyle, not individual occurrences.
That said, running and eating a little less the next few days will “balance it out,” although really you shouldn’t worry about 2 days worth of bad eating. Hope that helps
