I’ve been taken a packet of the powdered version of wheatgrass once a day, for 2 months now, and continuing because I just feel better when I take it.
-Can you take it for long periods of time?..like years
-How much do you consume a day
-How long have you been taking it? and if everyday?
-Should I give myself a week break every month?
